Our product portfolio covers polysilicon granules and polysilicon chunks, which are widely used in electronic-grade silicon purification, compound semiconductor substrates, and high-end power device manufacturing.   After multiple rounds of material validation and on-site quality audits, our company has successfully been included in the qualified supplier system of the Electronic Chemicals Division under Mitsubishi Group (Japan), becoming a stable supplier of polysilicon materials to the group.
