a) Product Features and Advantages
High purity level
Our granular electronic silicon reaches 9N to 11N purity. Donor impurities stay below 0.15 ppba, acceptor impurities under 0.10 ppba. Carbon and oxygen are both controlled under 0.05 ppma, fully matching strict semiconductor production standards.
No crushing step needed
Unlike lump polysilicon, these silicon grains can be put into use directly. You skip crushing work entirely, which stops extra impurities brought in during crushing. It also cuts labor and equipment costs for crushing procedures.
Great flow performance
All particles are round and even, with a standard size around 2 mm. They flow smoothly inside automatic feeding equipment. This works perfectly for continuous feeding CZ crystal pulling lines and greatly boosts overall production speed.
Stable quality across batches
We carry out full purity and quality checks for every batch. The composition stays consistent all the time. Clients can place large bulk orders without worrying unstable production caused by inconsistent batch quality.
Reliable stable supply
We have long-term cooperative ties with major domestic polysilicon factories including Tongwei, Tianhong, Shenggong and Youyan. All goods have clear traceable sources, and we can stick to scheduled delivery to avoid your production halt.
Good cost performance
Our price is much more competitive than imported silicon brands. You can cut raw material spending while keeping stable high purity quality.
b) Product Parameters
Q: How do granular polysilicon and lump polysilicon differ?
A: Granular silicon is made via silane fluidized bed process. It forms smooth round pellets ready for direct use, flows well and fits automatic feeding. Lump silicon comes from improved Siemens method, forms irregular big blocks and needs crushing before use. Both types have their own strengths. You can pick one or mix both based on your workshop process.
Q: Does granular silicon bring metal impurities?
A: It won’t. We use ultra-pure silane gas as raw material, and the whole deposition reaction happens inside sealed fluidized bed reactors. We strictly block impurity introduction during every production step. Every batch will pass full heavy metal testing to meet electronic-grade requirements.
Q: What’s your minimum order quantity?
A: MOQ varies based on your actual demand. Reach out to our sales team to get exact price and MOQ details.
Q: How long is the lead time?
A: Standard in-stock goods take 7–15 working days after order confirmation. Exact delivery schedule changes with order volume, stock levels and shipping options. Better talk to our staff in advance to lock the timeline.
Q: Can I get samples for lab testing?
A: We offer test samples for clients. Sample supply is limited, contact our sales colleagues to finish sample application formalities.
Q: Can I receive material test reports?
A: Every shipment comes with full test documents, covering purity, particle size, resistivity and other core indicators. We can send the report by email ahead of delivery, or attach hard copies with your cargo.
